Mindful Teen Circles
Mindful Teen Circles(MTC) is an online/in-person mindfulness community of practice (CoP) empowering teens to own their own well-being.
MTC's vision is to provide an online/in-person CoP that encourages:
Social skills
Self-compassion
Self-care
During MTC@GT, teens participate in mindfulness practices, games, and discussions that cultivate self-awareness, emotional intelligence, responsible decision-making, and self-management.
Circles
A Circle consists of 6 to 8 participants who meet weekly online/in-person for eight weeks. There is a two-week break between each Circle for an open enrollment period for new and returning participants.
During each 8-week circle, teens will participate in a participation survey and check in with the facilitator.
